How can I support you?

Management of intense emotions, emotional exhaustion, and support through integrative therapy. 

Intense emotions, feeling overwhelmed, or living with emotional exhaustion can make you feel lost, disconnected from yourself, or trapped in a cycle that seems difficult to escape. If this resonates with you, you are not alone: these experiences are more common than you might think and deserve to be addressed with care.

In therapy, I offer you a safe space where we can explore together what you are experiencing. Through an integrative approach, with a compassionate and feminist perspective, we will work to understand the origin of your emotions, how they affect your daily life, and what strategies we can develop to regulate them and take better care of yourself.

My goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, your body, and your emotional needs, at your own pace and without pressure. There are no judgements here: just a space where your experience is valid and where we can build new forms of wellbeing and self-care together.

Relationship with food and body image. Support, management and acceptance of chronic illnesses.

Living with a chronic illness affects not only your physical health, but also your identity and how you feel in your own body. Often, the emotional impact is hidden or minimised.

As an integrative psychologist, I will help you understand and care for this part of yourself. In therapy, we will explore pain, frustration, body image, changes in eating habits, and emotional exhaustion. Whether you have just received a diagnosis or have been living with it for some time, this is a safe space where your experience is listened.

We will work together on acceptance, self-compassion, and new forms of self-care so that you can relate to your body and your health from a kinder, more realistic, and respectful place.

Life Changes, Adjustment Problems, and Stressful Periods

Sometimes life doesn't always move at our pace. Major changes, difficult decisions, losses, transitions to new stages, or simply the exhaustion of holding on for too long can lead to confusion, sadness, anxiety, or a feeling of being stuck. These moments of crisis and stress are part of the human experience, but you don't have to go through them alone.

In therapy, we will create a safe and unhurried space to understand what is happening and how it is affecting you. Using an integrative approach with a feminist perspective based on self-care, I will accompany you as you reconnect with yourself, identify your real needs, and put words to what you are experiencing. We will work together to develop emotional regulation tools and strategies that will help you face this moment with clarity, calm, and compassion.

If you are going through a major life change, a personal crisis or a period of high stress, therapy can be a place where you can breathe, reflect and regain your direction. We will slow down, listen to your experience and build more sustainable and kinder ways to move forward, respecting your history and your process.
