Depression, Anxiety and Mood Disorders

Intense emotions, feeling overwhelmed, or emotionally drained (sounds familiar?)  can make us feel lost, disconnected from ourselves, or trapped in a cycle with no way out. If you’re going through something like this, you’re not alone.

In therapy, I offer you a safe space where we can explore what you’re feeling together. Using an integrative approach with a compassionate and feminist lens, we’ll work on understanding where these emotions come from, how they affect your life, and what tools we can develop to manage them. I would like to help you reconnect with yourself—your rhythms and needs—without pressure or judgment.

Eating Disorders and Support, Management & Acceptance of Chronic Illnesses

(Type 1 Diabetes, Celiac Disease, and other conditions)

Living with a chronic illness means more than just following medical advice. It impacts your identity, your relationships, your daily life—and often, the emotional toll gets overlooked.

As a psychologist who understands this experience closely (as a person with both)  This space is for you. In therapy, we’ll explore the emotional side of living with a chronic condition—grief, frustration, body image, identity… Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing your condition for years, we’ll work together to process your experience and find new ways of caring for yourself with compassion and agency.

I offer you a space where you don’t need to explain or justify what you’re feeling. Together, we’ll work on acceptance, self-care, your relationship with your body, and the emotional impact of living with a condition you didn’t choose.  Through understanding, validation, and empathy, we’ll build new ways to live your life without leaving yourself on the way.

Life Transitions, Adjustment Issues & Stressful Periods

Life doesn’t always move at our pace, and sometimes it’s hard to keep up. Major changes, tough decisions, loss, new life stages, or simply the exhaustion of carrying too much for too long—these moments can bring confusion, sadness, or anxiety.

In therapy, we’ll take the time to look at what’s happening without pressure. I’ll help you reconnect with yourself, identify what you need, put your feelings into words, and build the tools you need to move through this moment with care, honesty and gender perspective.

If you’re in a moment of change, crisis, or high stress, therapy can help you make space to breathe, reflect, and choose how you want to move forward. We’ll slow things down, reconnect with your needs, and work through your experience with honesty and care.
